Mr Kuo is Taiwanese, and our engineer lead. A seasoned Industrial Chemical Engineer, he started his career in the expansion project for production of sulfuric acid for Taiwan Fertilizer. Mr Kuo moved to Petroleum Refinery operations and spent the majority of his career in the Formosa Plastic Corporation. He was involved in the design of the Naphtha Cracking plant, 100K ton Acrylonitrile plant, Formosa USA 120K PP plant, Formosa Taiwan 120K PP Plant 1, and many other major projects. After retiring from Formosa Plastics, he worked in process design for various chemical processes and has also specialised in wastewater plant design for chemical processing.
